Alejandro Reyes is the author of “Beginner’s Guide to SolidWorks”, first released for SolidWorks 2005 and updated for 2006, 2007, 2008 and now for the 2009 version. Writing this book was a suggestion by former SolidWorks Educational market director when she saw a basic training manual developed by Alejandro for new users, and after introducing him to SDC Publications the book was published.
He holds a BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Mechanical Design. He has over 16 years of experience in mechanical design and more than 12 years with CAD systems. From 1998 to 2006 he had an Authorized Training and Support Center for SolidWorks. During this time he achieved the following credentials:
