| Select a "New Name" button, enter the name and press OK |

Select "Add Medicine" and fill in the prescription details. (Medicine name, Dosis, Take by and Alarm Times are required). Add a number of "Times per Day" or "Every # Hours" |

Select "Click to set Alarm Times" and set the time for each alarm. Select "Save Alarm Times" or the "Back" key in your phone. |
| Optionally turn on "Ignore Silent Mode" and/or add Special Instructions. If the phone is silent alarm will turn on the volume for this medicine. |
| Select "Save Medicine", check what you entered is correct, and hit OK. |
| When done adding medicines click "REFRESH ALARMS" to activate the alarms. |
| In the main screen select "View Alarms" to see the schedule for all users. |
| To Edit or Delete a medicine's alarm select the user, Long-Press the medicine name to show the pop-up menu and select Edit or Delete. |
| To Edit or Delete a user, in the main screen press the Menu key in your phone and select Edit Name or Delete Name. |

If TURN OFF ALL ALARMS is set user will not be notified of ANY alarm. This is the Master OFF switch. Persistent Alarm will make every alarm to sound (and vibrate, if set) until acknowledged by the user. Beware this option may drain your battery if unatended. Vibrate Alarm will make phone vibrate with every alarm. Default Snooze Time. Set the default time to snooze alarms. ** If a second alarm is snoozed before the first snooze time is up, the second snooze will cancel the first one** Frequently Asked Questions How many Alarms can I add? You can add unlilmited medications with up to 8 alerts per day (that s every 3 hours!) for up to 8 family members. Can I add alarms every other day or on a certain day of the week? Not yet, we are working on it. Currently MedsTime! will alert you of daily medications only. Can I make the alarm sound until I clear it? Yes, go to the program options using the phone s menu key, and turn on the "Persistent Alarm" option. Can I make the alarm vibrate the phone too? Yes, turn on the "Vibrate Alarm" option. Can I set a different alarm sound? Not yet, we are working on it. Currently alerts will use the default alert sound. Can I turn off all the alarms? Yes, use the "TURN OFF ALL ALARMS" option. Will MedsTime! keep a log of medications taken? Sorry, not yet, we are working on it. Can I set a different Snooze time? Yes, change the "Default Snooze Time" in the options screen. This will be the default snooze time for all alarms. |
